It's important to be aware that we won't bear the expenses associated with returns unless they result from an error on our part or a legitimate claim. Prior to sending back any defective or incorrect items, please reach out to our support team.

In order to be eligible for a return:

• The purchase should be within the 14-day window.
• The jewelry tag must be intact, and the seal should remain uncut.
• There should be no indications that the jewelry has been worn.

Processed orders are making by hands within 3-7 business days and then handed over to the chosen delivery service.​
